70 STEPS ist eine Produktionsfirma mit Sitz in Stuttgart, die Spiel- und Dokumentarfilme entwickelt und (co-)produziert. Ihr aktueller Slate umfasst Projekte von aufstrebenden Filmemachern sowie etablierten Regisseuren aus Deutschland und dem Ausland. Sei es der Anti-Kriegsfilm „Thousand Yard Stare“ von Ari Folman (Waltz with Bashir; Golden-Globe-Gewinner), die interkontinentale Liebesgeschichte „She Makes and Unmakes“ (Jonas Bak, Wood and Water; Berlinale '21) oder „Tear Gas“ (2 WIP Awards, IFFR ’25) – im Mittelpunkt steht stets ein starker künstlerischer Ausdruck, der ein globales Publikum anspricht. Die Gründer Baker & Tenné sind Absolventen der Filmakademie BW, der UCLA Extension, der Documentary Campus Masterschool, des EAVE-Programms „Ties That Bind“, der ACE Training Days und des International Screen Institute.

Their current slate includes projects by breakout filmmakers as well as established directors, from Germany and beyond.
